Excellent location, walking distance to all the actions and good transportation links. Rooms were comfortable, cleaned every day. Staff were great, an overall very pleasant experience!

Perfect location! Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I also liked that there was an iron in the room and a water refill station.

I found the mattress a little too firm. Breakfast is not buffet-style. There are three breakfast options, each with a limited selection. If you want anything outside those options, you have to pay extra. I didn’t really like that, as when breakfast is included, I would expect something more in line with the “by Hyatt” standard. There’s definitely room for improvement :) There is no swimming pool, but I already knew that before booking. If your room faces the main street, you can hear some traffic noise, but nothing too serious.

The location is outstanding

I was very disappointed to witness improper cleaning practices during our stay. The cleaner used our used towels to clean the bathroom surfaces and floors, going so far as to step on them while scrubbing. Using a linens for manual floor scrubbing is unacceptable and not standard SOP. I expect a prompt explanation and resolution regarding this matter.
