The hosts were absolutely wonderful. It was the best experience I have ever had with booking an apartment. They gave us great tips about things to do and see in Milan and which restaurants they recommend. It was easy to check in and we got to keep our luggage in the apartment as we arrived way before check-in time, so we were free to explore the city while waiting for the apartment. It is a big apartment with a great balcony, on which we could observe bats flying in the night sky. The location is perfect, as good as can be, and very close to the Cadorna station for those arriving from the Malpensa airport.

The apartment was clean and tidy in a good location.
Plastic cups and crockery, not nice to use.
