Great holiday let with lots of character, everything you need and very cosy......recommended......5 stars.
Quite dark in the bathroom at night, and the courtyard was a little overgrown, but everything else was lovely.

Location was perfect.
Key code didn't work...it was pure luck I got into the property.
No mattress protectors on the 2 single beds.
There was info pack regarding refuse, dirty laundry,heating controls
On the whole it was good....Great location as my family live in Hickling

Has the potential to be really lovely with a bit of attention and a good clean.
Wasn’t very clean. Found a dirty sock from previous guests and lots of cobwebs. Ants in the kitchen. Tried contacting owners - felt like an AI response saying thanks for feedback.
