Very cosy, practical and well equipped.
Nothing, just maybe I would not choose to sleep on the top of the bank bed since there is no protection against falling.

Easy access to most of the sites you want to go to like trails, Tre Cime, and agriturismo. Free parking and quiet.
The space is rather small. The second bedroom is tiny. An adult can barely fit in. It’s more like a closet. The primary bedroom is fine. The electric circuit kept popping when we used the toaster so we stopped using it. The wifi was confusing as they gave the wrong password. Not enough toilet paper.
