There was a nice terrace to sit out on.
It’s possibly a stretch to advertise as 3x bedrooms, as one of the ‘bedrooms’ is an extension of the sitting area separated by a roller blind. Albeit, it does have all you would require from a bedroom in that ‘area’.

I think the location was very good. There are 80 stairs to get to the door from the main street. The main living/dining area is nice and the provided esspresso maker and pods were nice. The patio furniture with drying rack and lines were also a plus.
There are not 3 bathrooms. There are only two half baths and one small shower. The listing is deceiving. There are not even technically 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is just a converted living room area with beds in it and a curtain. The refrigerator is very old and isn't that cold. The upstairs and downstairs a/c unit are controlled by the same remote (not convenient).

"House was exceptionally clean and neat, very comfortable with cute decor, and the house suited our needs perfectly with an upstairs double bed and a room for my son, and my daughter slept in a ‘corne..."
