a very stressful disappointing stay.

we were a family of 8 staying at the property as my daughter was getting married, we were mixed children and adults. when we arrived the property had not been cleaned properly, dirty floors and showers. 2 of the showers were broken, air conditioning in one of the rooms broken, hoover was broken, and the sofa was broken and the seating held up with cushions. also the pool had not been cleaned, which we cleaned ourselves. i complained to the letting agent who eventually fixed the showers. they sent cleaners to the property, walked in the property and walked back out, literally done no cleaning or fixed anything else in our 10 day stay. 360 estates customers service were not very helpful but agreed to refund the cleaning fee i had paid, which i’m still waiting for. i would recommend you stay away from this property.

Very disappointing

The directions to the property were incorrect and the lock was very difficult to operate.

Rubbish and dirty clothing was left inside the property in the hallway, which we had to move outside on account of its foul smell. There was a broken shower in the downstairs bathroom. "Free toiletries" comprised shower gel in one bathroom. For the price charged (almost £1600 for three nights accommodation) this represented very poor value. I would not recommend this property.
