This accommodation features good facilities and a great location, just a short walk from the seafront promenade. The room was clean, spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom is also spacious, clean, and well-decorated. There is a free public parking area in front of the building, and the receptionist helped us secure a spot.
My only criticism is that no shower gel or shampoo was provided. We mentioned this to the receptionist; she explained that the cleaning staff must have forgotten and apologized for the oversight, offering to bring some up to us. This wasn't necessary, however, as we had already showered. The next morning, she kindly offered us some sweets, for which we were grateful.

Struttura molto moderna internamente, camera funzionale, spazi giusti, pulizia sempre giornaliera. La ragazza alla reception disponibilissima, accogliente e simpaticissima: ci ha accolto e spiegato il tutto e giorno per giorno ci seguiva nelle nostre richieste(soprattutto sulla colazione—>direttamente in camera in orari concordati la sera prima). Possibilità di accordare orari di check in e check out. A due passi , quasi letteralmente, dall’inizio del lungomare
Unica pecca è che appena usciti dalla porta principale della struttura ci si imbatte sulla sinistra in bidoni di spazzatura della città, che il pomeriggio e la sera specialmente rendevano sgradevole il respirare
