The location. Also the neighbors were very kind
The smells that comes from both outside, from the windows of bathroom: during our stay there was a lot of rain. at times the smell if fried food or canalization were very intense we could not stay in the flat. Also for all mornings we woke up with construction noise from two sides. It would have been good to know about the construction.
