The apartment was modern, in very good condition and was in a great location on the edge of the old town. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Staff were very friendly.
The living room was quite narrow and there was no table to eat at. There were only ceiling lights or over the kitchen counter lights in the living room, which was inconvenient: a floor lamp would help.

Reception staff (young woman) went above and beyond to assist me. Very secure with multiple locking doors. As a female, solo traveller I felt secure.
Good location for access to the Old Town and close to bus and tram networks.
Friday night - the bar underneath apartment 4, was vey loud. To be fair, it was only the 1 night. The other 3 nights even though the bar was open there was no noise at all.

Location and comfortable and high spec interior.
Downstairs at street level are two bars (Route 33) that stay open to at least 3am. They are very noisy even though double glazing. The music and people shouting come in/out of the bars. We did not sleep at all.

"Großzügige Wohnung. Viel IKEA, aber geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Die zwei Bäder auch sehr schön gemacht."
