Only issue was losing internet connection and having to wait for cable company to find out there was a problem with the account. Rented beach chairs and couldn’t use them until 1:30 and they take down at 5:00 so that sucked

The condo was beautiful and very well decorated, and the furnishings are new and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking, and we appreciated the Brita water pitcher. However, the ice maker may need servicing, as it made very little ice. Thankfully, there is an ice vending machine available on site. We have rented many condos in the past, and this one hits our #1 for cleanliness. The view is fantastic. The only cons I would mention would be the lack of laundry in the unit. When I booked the unit, I missed the fact that it didn't have this feature, and as I have never run into this issue in the past, it was somewhat disappointing. There is a shared, coin-operated laundry in the basement of the property. The property also was very, very well kept and clean. As far as the beach, the beach service sets up very early and puts out chairs to cover the entire front row close to the water. For those of us who bring our own setup, it is somewhat frustrating that they do not leave us an area that we can enjoy close to the water. Fortunately for us, many of those chairs went unoccupied, so we just set up in front of those. That being said, had the weather been better, it would have been a perfect vacation.

Pros: Location is amazing. View was very good. Couch and living room and kitchen were all amazing, everything you need. Cons: checkin time on booking says 3pm, then they tell you later no its 4pm.Bed was horrific, to the point of sleeping on the couch. It has some sort of metal box spring which squeaky so loud it wakes you up anytime you barely move, also the mattress cover was some sort of cheap plastic one which made it very loud as well and extremely hot. When we arrived the shower had a broken piece which had us 1.5 days not being able to use shower and maintenance people in and out of our room. Also cleaning crew needs to be address cause we also found a dog toy or baby ball and trash under the bed. Overall: if the bed was changed and everything cleaned properly would be great.
