L’appartement est conforme au descriptif. Il est cosy et très bien équipé. Le quartier est agréable avec toutes les commodités à proximité à pied. Arrivée autonome avec une bonne organisation du gestionnaire.
L’appartement est très mal isolé. Quand ça sonne chez le voisin, on pense que c’est dans l appartement. Il y a un chien au même étage qui aboie beaucoup, y compris la nuit et en particulier autour de 5 am. Il y avait en plus des travaux dans l’appartement juste à côté avec des nuisances très importantes toute la journée à partir de 8h. Il est dommage qu’aucune communication ne soit faite au sein de la copropriété pour prévenir les locataires

The check in process, and communication with Raise was very prompt and efficient. The apartment was very clean and lovely, as advertised.
The shower is in an unacceptable poor condition, extremely small, and a health hazard. The mixer tap is at a thigh high level, and the hot feed pipe is exposed, causing me to burn my leg twice because of the sheer claustrophobic nature of the shower cubicle. A picture is attached.
Apologies for not washing up as we were unable to determine which was the washing up liquid.
Finally, the key safe outside is now 3rd from bottom as another has been added.

We really liked the location, as well as the spacious living room and balcony. The apartment felt comfortable overall.
For taller guests, showering might be a bit challenging. We understand that the space is limited, but the shower is extremely small and narrow.

Πολυ καθαρό το δωμάτιο. Με όλες τις ανέσεις. Ειχε μέχρι και φαρμακείο έκτακτης ανάγκης.
