We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with our experience. Communication with our host was easy, friendly, and pleasant from the very beginning. She has prepared an excellent guide explaining everything step by step — how to enter the building and open the apartment door. This made check-in very simple and convenient. The apartment is very big and clean, cozy, and comfortable. At night, it is completely quiet, which makes it perfect for a good night’s sleep. The internet connection is also very fast. The mattress and pillows in the bedroom are extremely comfortable. The bathroom and shower are very well designed, modern, and of a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall, everything was thoughtfully arranged and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The price of the guesthouse definitely matches the quality and represents very good value for money. Highly recommended!

There was not a coffee machine

Property was self catering. Location was in a residential area 30mins walk away from the Lucca Walls. Car parking was perfect, but recommend a height restriction limit, as we had a car roof hood and we made it into the garage by 5mm. Excellent "Lidl" store 15mins walk down the road (in the direction of the "Walls".

Access information. We were totally uncertain if we even had the corrects property, especially when the key holder was not on site to help. Assistance given by a very helpful resident, but we were delayed access by at least 45mins after our arrival.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito

È vicino al centro ma a piedi dista circa una ventina di minuti, un po' scomodo se si hanno bambini e si vuole fare una passeggiata senza dover prendere la macchina.

Betten sehr durchgelegen. Töpfe sehr zerkratzt, müssten ausgetauscht werden.
