Otkirbek hotel boutique

Location is amazing! This is the biggest advantage of the hotel. I liked the wood ceiling decor too. Room was specious.

Uncomfortable pillows, they are very high, makes your neck hurt. There was a window over the door with no curtain on it, so the sun wakes you up in the morning, they tried to put a towel on it but the tape didn't hold it, would be better if they would just put a simple curtain. The wardrobe was broken. They had a big "massage shower" in the bathroom, but honestly it's hard to make it look clean, and takes up the space of the bathroom...no light at the mirror too. They promised to provide us breakfast package for our early check out, but they forgot about it, and there was noone at the reception so we just had to leave during check out and provide breakfast last minute from train station on our own. The first morning we had to ask for extra food during breakfast as they just provided one egg per person. Next morning we had enough food. Need to improve a bit on the breakfast. Some juice and vegetables would be nice too.
