The apartment is beautiful, very clean and extremely well organised. We loved the atmosphere, and the location is excellent. We also really enjoyed the little games area, which was great for keeping the children entertained. The only downsides were that there was no hot water on our first night. As we arrived after 9 pm, we weren’t able to have a hot shower after our journey. The Wi-Fi was also quite unstable during our stay. On a positive note, the maintenance team was very helpful and responsive. They dealt with the hot water issue promptly and made sure we had hot water for the rest of our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment and had a lovely stay.

All good

Communication of directions, keys and an upgrade very clear. Apartment is great, very homely and cosy with wonderful decorations in a style I love. It is a great size so whilst I was alone and travelling for work, I would return with family or friends and stay as a group.

Only small thing was some light switches a bit stiff - although lovely looking switches! I was happy with everything else.
