We were pleasantly surprised as the apartment exceeded our expectations. First, excellent location for exploring Beziers. The apartment was centrally located a stone's throw from the Halles de Beziers, a refurbished traditionally market now a popular bar/restaurant venue with everything from fresh oystera to pizza. There was also a huge, diverse range of restaurants minutes away, including some top notch ones if you're into fine dining. It was a 20 minute walk from the SCNF train/bus station, directly up Rue de Gambetta or through the scenic Park of the Poets both right across the road. Second, the spacious, well equipped accommodation in a historic side street, one of many emanating from "the Halles". It is a modern duplex refurbishment of an old building with a huge, airy kitchen containing just about everything you could likely need - we particularly liked the central island - including relaxing lounge area, enclosed, well furnished boardwalk patio for outside activity. A wooden staircase takes you to two spacious, very comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower. Have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for a value stay in Beziers, one of the best of the many we have stayed in. Would happily stay again.

No dislikes, more suggestions for minor improvements, as nothing really to complain about in an apartment with comprehensively equipped kitchen: plates, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, gas hob, washing machine, etc - but a simple rack to stack drying dishes so they didn't risk falling would have been helpful. Also, ability to open the window in the walk in shower would have prevented the bathroom becoming steamed up at times.

The location is fabulous and the appartments is delightful. It I a short walk to a range of fabulous restaurants. We would definitely stay the again!

Spacious and very convenient having a full kitchen. The bed was more comfortable than it looked. Great shower with good water pressure. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs but thankfully they’re on the same floor as each other so no going downstairs at night. Convenient location in town.

Some local construction noise early in the morning but quiet in the evenings and during the night.

Tuvimos una estancia muy confortable en el apartamento de Laurent durante las vacaciones de Navidad. El apartamento es muy cómodo, bien equipado y está céntricamente ubicado, perfecto para visitar Béziers. Laurent fue un anfitrión maravilloso, proporcionando instrucciones claras y haciendo que el check-in y el check-out fueran muy fáciles. Y atento a todas las consultas y necesidades.
