Art Gallery Boutique Hotel

Amazing staff, and a beautifully decorated hotel right in the centre of the city. Facilities were clean, fully functional, and the range of breakfast options was fantastic. The hotel is very well located to explore the local sites on foot and there are countless restaurant options close-by with a range of cuisines.

If you are driving by car to the hotel DO NOT BLINDLY FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS/YOUR SAT NAV. Make sure you look up your route before you travel and prepare for very narrow, congested roads. The hotel is set in the heart of the "Old Town" right next to a historical amphitheatre site which is in the process of being excavated by archeologists. This is a fabulous for those wanting to explore Durres on foot, however it causes a complete nightmare by car - and we were only driving a small hatchback! Google tried to send us down several dead ends and even down a set of stairs! By the time I arrived at reception to ask where was OK for us to park (there was no clearly signposted hotel parking) I was so stressed and flustered from going round in circles. Luckily the wonderful reception staff immediately apologised, explaining our experience was unfortunately very common. They even had a member of staff on hand who was willing to take over moving the car for us if we had got really stuck!

Die Lage ist einmalig. Personal super nett. Etwas ruhiger gelegen und dennoch fußläufig zu netten Restaurants und Strand Promenade. Im Hotel selbst lädt der Vorhof zu einem Kaffee ein bei entspannter Musik. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Beautiful new building, extremely well decorated and fitted out. Excellent location for shops and the beach, very helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. Room was very well kitted out with tea, coffee & mini bar facilities.

My only very minor issues was the hair dryer in the bathroom was not very good (but i have a lot of hair)

Das war super schön gemütlich und stylisch! Das Personal extrem freundlich .

Nichts einzig der Platz im Zimmer war etwas beengt.
