The location was right by the square and market.
The pain of figuring out parking and location of hotel along with 3 different doors with codes.

Unbeatable location. We found it a bit tricky to find but it was safe and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms very small but reasonably comfortable
The noise from the square and trams during the night

The property is not actually a hotel. It is the renovated 6th floor of a beautiful building, the location of which is perfect. It is situated right on the central square of Zagreb and nearly all sights are within walking distance! The room size is adequate. The absence of full time reception was not a problem and the message explaining the check-in procedure was very detailed. Breakfast is very good, with a great choice of fruit, yoghurts and coffee.
The entrance to the building and especially the corridor leading to the elevator needs more light.
The room, although adequately clean when we arrived, was never cleaned during our six night stay and the beds were not even once made, let alone changing the sheets. Although towels were changed daily, the bins (room and toilet) were not even once emptied. For the result see attached photos. Shower, toilet and wash basin were not cleaned in six days! In all, room service was awful.

"Das B&B liegt direkt am bekannten Ban-Jelacic-Platz im Zentrum von Zagreb. Die Rezeption ist nur morgens besetzt, weshalb die Schlüsselübergabe resp. die Mitteilung der Tür-Codes elektronisch ablief. ..."
