The house was spacious and comfortable. We loved the decorum and the fact that it was kind of quiet. It was close to the beach and everything was easy to find.

When we first entered the property, we smelled cigarette smoke but after cooking bacon the next morning for breakfast, it kinda took away the smell. moments later, an SUV backed up to the garage and said it was her storage. There was no linen closet, so there were no extra towels. After using the water spicket on the refrigerator, it would not stop dripping so we had to find where the line started to turn it off under the basin in the laundry room. There was no ice tray, but a half bag of ice in the freezer. Luckily we did not use the refrigerator much, just to store a few items in. There was nothing to mop up the water with, so we had to use a towel. Some of the walls could use a little touchup paint and spackle. The backyard was beautiful, but the front yard had trash and paint was peeling.

All the space, the (bath) rooms, the big yard. Almost all things we needed were in the house. It is very nice that it has a good AC system, which you really need in that area. It is well situated pretty near to different stores, facilities and the beach. There was even a fair, ten minutes walking distance and a well priced gas station. Everything was clean and most is well kept. We would definitely come back here should we ever visit Fort Lauderdale with more than 4 persons again.

We had some problems with cockroaches and although the neighbourhood was pretty quiet, the people there weren't really welcoming.

The house was very beautiful and had plenty of space for my family of five.

I loved everything about this property

Espaciosa
