We were in the alternative location but still a great location in a peaceful spot. We didn’t use much more than the bedrooms but good space to settle down for a few days if you’re staying that long.
Good hints and tips with useful check-in video.
Verona has some of the kindest and friendliest people, although I never met anyone from the property
Didn’t respond to my request for a cot, so baby had to come into our bed.
Had a couple of bits on one of the duvets but brushed off. Clean other than that.

The room is pretty much adjacent to the Arena and the main shopping street. It has a feeling of history about it. The bathroom is good and the bed is comfortable.
Although I am fit healthy and active, I think there could be a warning for getting up the stairs with large luggage could be a bit of a struggle for many older less fit tourists. The rooms are furnished in a minimalistic way and there could be more plug points.

Central location, felt very safe.
Dishwasher had broken ( these things happen) staff responded immediately to my text and even sent someone to wash the dishes the next day.
The response from staff was exceptional
The number of stairs with luggage!!
