Ginger and Steve's home was even more than described or seen in the pictures. It was absolutely perfect. Our family of 6, including 4 children between 10-17, all had their own bed. The three bathrooms made everything much easier too when getting ready after our days at the beach. This home was bright, clean and comfortable in every aspect. It was the most well-stocked rental we've ever had. Steve and Ginger truly thought of everything for their guests and clearly care for the people who rent their condoCouldn't recommend this rental anymore and will definitely try to rent from them again!

One of our favorite condos! The minute you walk in the door you feel right at home!!! It's well stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Our grandchildren not only enjoyed the beach & pool but lots of the games. Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony as well as all rooms from back of condo. Plenty of chairs & high back chairs on balcony to enjoy sunrises & sunsets!Homeowners are very accommodating, always quick to reply.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Ginger’s and Steve’s place! From the start, there was plenty of parking out front and the location provided carts to assist us to bring up our bags and beach toys. The beach views from the deck where incredible and outstanding! The unit is very clean and well maintained. The dining room table was large enough for all of us to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen has new modern appliances and was well stocked with coffee maker, Kurig, toaster, multiple frying pans, pots, and so on. There were also plenty of plates, silverware, coffee cups, and glasses. Each bedroom was spacious with great beds and with TVs. There are separate bathrooms for each bedroom, which made it very enjoyable for our family.Ginger and Steve do provide beach toys, which we didn’t use, and we can use them on our next stay. The residents of units around us where very friendly and helpful. If you are going to Ormond Beach, you should consider this unit.
