Property was in a great location and represented fairly on the listing. I have sent the owner some simple suggestions to make the stay more comfortable but nothing major. The owner was quick to communicate and be responsive.

The listing is very accurate. The location is superb. it’s walking distance to tons of eateries, entertainment, multiple beaches, Highway 26 and only about 15 minutes from old San Juan But at the same time, you’re not in the heart of all the traffic and late night noise either. The condo has 24/7 security with gate access as well so that could provide newbies with some sense of comfort. If you decide to rent a car, there is a designated parking space which is excellent!! So let me get this out now, Mr Emilio is hands down one of the best owners/property managers I’ve dealt with and we have visited many VRBO’s, bed and breakfast joints, Airbnb’s and hotels around the world. Now I don’t have any cons, but I do have a few things you should know. We are definitely more on the bougie side when it comes to rentals and stuff like that, but we can also keep it plain and simple. The unit itself was very cozy, they are doing maintenance in the building, but we only heard some work going on One afternoon and We were there for a week and we never woke up to noise. Ok so, there is no lobby AC and the elevator wait can be an issue too. If I had to say one thing that needs some love, it’s the building itself. This building many years ago was very nice, but as you know, Puerto Rico has had some storms. As I stated they are in the Construction stages as we speak!!
