The cabin was great. Two nice sized king suites with large baths and plenty of common area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Except for the fire pit and outdoor fireplace, everything was on the main level so great for older couples who have trouble with stairs. The deck was large with plenty of seating. The only minor complaint is the cabin is only 150 yards from the main highway so there is some traffic noise. But that said, we would definitely stay there again.

Loved everything about this house! Absolutely worth every penny. Host was amazing. House was cleannnn! Hot tub was wonderful. My four year old loved this house and so did out dog. I will definitely be back.

We truly loved several aspects of this property. The location was wonderful, and the backyard felt surprisingly secluded despite being near the highway and neighboring homes. The HVAC system worked beautifully and kept up easily as the weather shifted, and the deep soaking tubs were absolutely divine. We also appreciated how well‑stocked the kitchen was—there were plenty of utensils, cookware, and spices, which made preparing our meals very convenient.That said, our stay did come with some challenges. We arrived to find the home not fully clean, and several amenities we were looking forward to—such as the fireplaces and the gaming table—weren’t functioning. We also didn’t have hot water from the first night into the following afternoon, and communication during that urgent situation was limited. In addition, there weren’t enough linens or towels for the number of guests the listing accommodates, and we ended up purchasing some ourselves.The host did process the refund I requested, and I appreciate that resolution. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future guests.One small note for travelers: the front steps are quite steep. For anyone with mobility concerns, such as our mother who had a knee replacement a couple of years ago, they may be difficult to navigate. In those cases, another one of the host’s listings with easier access might be a better fit.
