Key retrieval was very easy, clear instructions for the lock box were sent. The rental was very nice, clean and looked like the photos which doesn't always happen. Very central we were surrounded by high end shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely 3-night stay ， and we truly enjoyed our time in your apartment. The apartment was very comfortable, and we really appreciated how clean and well-maintained it was.
The location was excellent – so close to all the main attractions, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient, and it really contributed to a great EDI experience for us.
One small note: the air conditioning was quite powerful , we slept very well throughout our stay.

area was great! loved that there was a M&S below in the building made it easy for groceries
no lift for luggage with kids but did say that in listing .

The property was pleasant with a great location near the Bond Street station so we could easily navigate to the sights. The flat is in a neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants. We used the washer in the unit several times and it was nice to have access while we were on vacation.
Once we arrived, we saw that some of the images online had been created via AI. For example, one bedroom had a door that was removed in the photo and it was made to look more spacious than it was. Also, the window frames looked different in some photos.
