The staff immediately makes you feel at home. The premises are located very well, walking distance to the Grand Palace, Khaosan road, the river side and good restaurants. It's super clean and beautifully decorated in retro/vintage style. The beds are very comfortable, good hot shower, smart tv, silent aircon. They don't serve breakfast, but you can have free coffee and cookies, and restaurant Ton Ton around the corner serves delicious breakfasts (western and thai). It was also a pleasure to meet the owner who organised our transport to our next destination. This place is both tumbs up.

Just one small inconvenience: there is only stairs to go to the room. They help carrying the luggage though.

Great location! Walking distance from good restaurants, temples, spas, safe atm machines and souvenir shops. The staff team were awesome and extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is fabulous and the staff is very nice. We had to hang out before our night train and they were super accommodating.

Outside is a bit sketchy but is close to Khao Son Road and Grand Palace.
