Set in the heart of Lyme Regis in the conservation area of the old town
Das Haus liegt im Herzen von Lyme Regis, nur wenige Schritte von der Town Mill entfernt – Lymes Zentrum für Kunsthandwerk mit Mikrobrauerei, Galerie, einer noch in Betrieb befindlichen Wassermühle und verschiedenen kreativen und unabhängigen Geschäften. Ganz in der Nähe des Strandes und der Strandpromenade. Etwas zurückgesetzt von der Straße gelegen, mit einem Parkplatz abseits der Straße für 1 Fahrzeug und einem Innenhof. Das Cottage verfügt über Holzbalken, Sichtmauerwerk und einen Kamin, ist aber mit einer modernen Küche und modernen Bädern ausgestattet.

Great location. The place was exactly as advertised. Very quick communication. I had a little problem getting in at first, because of poor cell reception, so I couldn't get the code. I had to go to a place with wifi. It's not the fault of the property owner, just be aware that cell reception is difficult on this street. I would definitely book this location again.

Delightfully, clean and comfortable in a perfect location and excellent communication. Nothing more we could have asked for, would highly recommend.

Very nice property in a great position with parking that is a must I think for properties in Lyme Regis. The only down side was we were expecting a BBQ but when I contacted the host she said it had never been in her description but was on the Vrbo description somehow, but any way was fine without. The bedrooms were very spacious and all the cottage was well equipped
