L’aire condicionat està mal col·locat. Dona de ple quan estàs al llit. Per accedir-hi hi ha escales estretes. Es un segon pis.

Ottima la posizione rispetto a tutti i punti di interesse. Raggiungibili tutti a piedi o sharing. Appartamento piccolo e accogliente dotato di tutti i comfort e omaggi come sapone, biscotti, caffè e altro…

Stendino fuori dalla finestra dove purtroppo abbiamo trovato più volte delle cimici. Sotto l’appartamento c’è un senza tetto (Homer) (non da fastidio però a certe persone potrebbe urtare, non a noi perché non ha mai creato problemi).

When we first entered the apartment, we really liked it. The rooms were comfortable and well arranged, the beds were comfortable, and we liked the layout, furniture and overall interior of the apartment. Everything looked pleasant and made a very good first impression.

A washing machine was shown in the photos on Booking.com, but there was no washing machine in the apartment we received. We stayed for more than two weeks, so this was a significant inconvenience. We were three guests but were given only one set of keys. The same keys were connected to the electricity activation system, so when someone left with the keys, the people remaining in the apartment could not normally use the lights, air conditioning and TV. The most unpleasant situation happened when our keys accidentally fell into a street drain and could not be recovered. I accepted responsibility for losing them. The written rules inside the apartment clearly stated a €50 penalty for lost keys, but the host demanded €100. I sent the host a photo of the written €50 rule and offered to receive replacement keys the following day. She refused and wrote: “I’m not giving you anything tomorrow” and told us that otherwise we could “go to a hotel.” We had already paid for the apartment, so being told that I would not be given replacement keys the next day was extremely upsetting. I was told to pay immediately, either in cash or by instant bank transfer. I eventually paid €100 in cash to the person who brought the replacement keys. The host later confirmed in writing that she had received the €100. I want to be clear: I accepted the stated €50 penalty for losing the keys. What I object to is that the written penalty was €50, but I was required to pay €100. Afterwards, the host accused us of damaging the electrical key switch. We disputed this and sent her a video showing that the switch was functioning. After checkout, we were also accused of not leaving the tourist tax. Shortly afterwards, the host informed us that the owners had found the money and apologized.
