This is a beautiful property in a great central location. While Trastevere has turned quite loud, the apartment felt tucked back in quiet. It is light-filled and beautifully decorated, a mix of modern amenities and vintage touches. The kitchen was well equipped for our group's needs, although we did not cook any of our meals. We especially loved the rooftop terrace and spent a lot of time there after busy days. The property manager was friendly and responsive, suggesting good restaurants, spots for gelato, etc.
The upstairs bathroom tub backed up occassionally and it was almost impossible to not flood the floor during a shower. We suggest adding a few more bath mats or towels for those of us who can't seem to shower without getting water everywhere:)

Location was amazing. So many restaurants and shops right close.
Staff wasn’t the most responsive. Wifi wasn’t working. Barely any toilet paper was provided; we asked for more and they said they would drop it off and they didn’t. Garbage is confusing as they just provided a street name to drop it off but it was quite far away.
No paper towel, or napkins.
