Location and view was excellent. The apartment was clean but I think the photos were better than what was delivered. It does have a supermarket at the bottom of the building which was very helpful.

Had to collect and deliver keys from another place, which made arrival and departure hard, having to go to and from another place with heavy bags was difficult. This should be mentioned in the booking notes so people can decide whether or not they are happy for the extra hassle. There were broken items in the room like the towel in the bathroom, it meant there wasn't enough room to hang wet towels. The apartment just didn't looked cared for, for example the art work in the kitchen, the pictures in the frames had fallen down, there wasn't any wine glasses or enough water glasses, although they helpfully delivered some early in our stay, the cupboards in the bedrooms had lots of stuff in them, the apartment just felt like it was a bit of a dumping ground for things. The wifi password was completely wrong in the instructions which was an easy fix just a bit annoying. You only get one key and for a three bedroom apartment that meant we had to alter our plans to make sure different people could get in and out of the apartment which made it a bit of a hassle again.
