The location of the accommodation is amazing. It's 10 mins walk to SM Megamall and 5-6 mins walk to ShangriLa. There is supermarket and mall downstairs and the staff at the lobby were amazing.

The communication with the owner was very disappointing. They double book our original room and took them so long to respond to our queries. We agreed to take the available room and when we are transferring to our correct room, they took 3 hrs to move us in and ruined our whole day full of appointments. They didnt even apologize until we finally move to the original room we booked. There are also heaps of rules such as no visitors, don't use the washing machine and etc. Also found a cigarette butt on our balcony on our first night ( we both don't smoke).
