The hosts Nathan and Ah Shi are very friendly and helpful. Communication is always smooth with quick replies.
The room I stayed is basic but clean, and WiFi worked well. Will come back again when I visit Chiang Mai next time.

Tout était parfait.
Chambre avec salle de bain commune ( chambre à l'étage et salle de bain au rdc)
Climatisation silencieuse
Accueil courtois.
Il y avait du bruit dans le quartier mais on n'a rien entendu. Sans doute lié au positionnement de notre chambre. Je ne sais pas si c'est le cas pour toutes.
Quartier moins touristique.
Nous étions en transition pour une nuit donc pas gênant (train)

Lovely Owners felt welcomed the room itself was very lovely spacious & clean as well as cosy.
Didn't specify anywhere that the bathroom/toilet would be separate from the room itself so you had to travel downstairs to get to your bathroom i just wished it was noted in the booking description but other than that I cannot fault the room.

Perfectly located close to Night Bazar and the River (romantic in the evening!), quiet but everything like Airport, Bars and old town in short distance, clean with friendly and supporting staff (insider recommendations), and for a very fair price - i am normally not the guy who eats the same meal every day, listens to the same music over and over but here i guess i found my regular Hotel when staying in lovely Chiang Mai. Thank you soo much!
There is simply nothing to complain. If there was sth negative i would mention it - but: No, everything simply perfect :)
