Zentral gelegen, alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung war gut und wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Gastgeber hatten zwei Flaschen Wasser im Kühlschrank hinterlegt, was eine nette Geste war.

Leider war der Wasserhahn und Regler für die Dusche nicht im besten Zustand. Er war nicht festgeschraubt und so hatte man ihn wortwörtlich ständig in der Hand.

The apartment is confortable and well furnished.

The apartment is in the office building. People smoke on the stairs of the building during the day. Heavy smell. The host was using AI which led to an unsecure feeling. However they later did everything to make us feel more confortable.

Very nice and clean apartment. Looks just like on the pictures. It’s very neat and modern and communication with the staff was easy and quick.

I need a dark place to sleep in. The blinds with gaps in between them and the lack of black-out blinds or curtains are unacceptable. The room is very, very light throughout the night and in the morning.

Self-check-in, no keys—everything is managed via a digital code. Relatively central location, just a stone's throw from Omonia Square (Metro Lines 1 and 2) and the Athens Central Market. All of the city's must-see attractions are within a 30-minute walk. The host is very responsive. Check-in autonome, pas de clés, tout est géré par digicode. Localisation relativement centrale à deux pas de la place Omónia (métro 1 et 2) et du marché couvert d'Athènes. Tous les lieux incontournables de la ville se situent dans un rayon de moins de 30 minutes à pied. Réactivité de l'hôte.

Location: Aiólou Street, which leads directly to the ancient Roman agora with a constant view of the Parthenon, is a long street. The apartment is located at the northern end of this street, next to City Hall and Omónia Square (Likourgou Street), which is much less romantic. * Quality of the apartment: the title is misleading, and the photos must be outdated. The bathroom faucet is wobbly, the shower column shows serious signs of wear and tear, and the building’s windows look out onto the building across the street—not exactly a view to write home about. It’s a clean and functional apartment, spruced up with faux marble in the bathroom and a fancy shower column, but it’s a far cry from the “luxury” vibe promised by the listing title. * Cleanliness: the apartment was generally clean, although there were traces of limescale on all the mirrors, making them unusable for applying makeup, for example. * Pricing strategy: it appears that a price-anchoring strategy is being used, making it seem as though there is a significant discount on this “luxury” apartment. Personally, I believe this apartment is worth 60 to 80 € per night. * Localisation : la rue Aiólou qui mène directement à l'ancienne agora romaine avec une perspective constante sur le Parthénon est longue. L'appartement se situe à l'extremité nord de cette rue à côté de la mairie et de la place Omónia (rue Likourgou), beaucoup moins romantique. * Qualité du logement : le titre est trompeur et les photos doivent dater. Le robinet de la salle de bain est branlant, la colonne de douche présente de sérieux signes de fatigue, les fenêtres de l'immeuble donnent sur celui d'en face pas franchement sexy. Il s'agit d'un appartement propre et fonctionnel, pimpé avec du faux marbre dans la salle de bain et une colonne de douche fancy mais très loin de caractère « luxe » vendu par le titre de l'annonce.
