Nice apartament in the center of Medina, good for value and cosy !! Recomended

I, me and my wife stayed here during the MOGA Festival and had a really great experience. Rachid was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. The place is charming, unique, and full of character. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old Medina, with everything within easy reach. It also felt safe and convenient, making it a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic stay with a great location and excellent value for money.

Nothing to report

Nada que objetar todo bien .

The room itself was acceptable

The hotel website states that luggage storage is available, but when I informed the property that I would arrive at 1:15 PM, I was told that I had to wait until 2:00 PM to enter the room. This meant I would have had to stand outside on the street with my large suitcase for 45 minutes, despite the fact that luggage storage was advertised as a service provided by the hotel. I questioned this policy and explained that, since luggage storage was offered, there should be no reason for me to wait outside with my luggage. After several rounds of communication, I was eventually able to enter the room when I arrived, but the whole process was unpleasant and could have been handled much better. The room itself was acceptable, but the kitchen facilities were quite old and outdated. In addition, the room is located directly next to one of the main streets in Essaouira’s old town. There were people singing and making noise in the street until around 11 PM, and the area became noisy again from around 8 AM in the morning. Therefore, this hotel may not be suitable for guests who are looking for a quiet and peaceful environment.
