Świetna lokalizacja, miłe, spokojne i bezpieczne otoczenie (zwłaszcza kawiarnia z pyszną kawą zaraz przy apartamencie ;) Bardzo czysto i schludnie. Wyposażenie ok: pralka, zmywarka, suszarka, żelazko, klimatyzacja, Wi-fi wszystko jak należy. Kontakt z właścicielem bez problemu. Polecam

Jedyne do czego mogę mieć uwagi do bardzo słabe wyposażenie kuchni (3 komplety sztućców, 3 tależyki, 2 garnki i 2 patenie. szklaneczek było sporo ;) Największy minus za brak czajnika :( parzyliśmy wodę w garnku.

This is a nice apartment that matches the pics in a great part of the city. Local friends tell me that this is the apartment block everyone wants to live in, that it's the safest area in the city, within the quietest streets. After spending nearly a week staying here, I agree. The touristy sights are a 20-25 minute walk away from the apartment, or a short bus ride. The market and pharmacy down stairs has all the day to day essentials, with a couple of bigger supermarkets within a short walk. Across the street is Netaville, a great place to remote work from for a few hours, and more bakeries within a few streets than you'd be able to sample on a visit in case you're looking for a café to tap away at your laptop. The host is super helpful, quick to respond to requests, and a genuinely nice guy. Everything was clean, tidy, and as expected from a short stay rental. Personally, there isn't a single reason why I wouldn't book this place again on my next visit to Skopje.

Apartman je na odlicnoj lokaciji, u novoj zgradi, sa dosta prodavnica, kafeterija, restorana, pekara i slicnog u okolini. Ponuda je dovoljna za udoban boravak. Iako nema svoj parking, isti se moze lako naci zbog velike fluktuacije vozila. Do centra je moguce doci i peske.

Dodatnom rasklopivom krevetu nedostaje samo udobniji dusek. Bez toga je pogodan samo za malu decu.

No hot water. For one quick shower I had to wait the boiler to heat up the water for 10 hours! The boiler is intentionally set up to turn off after one minute of heating. My parents have this type of boiler and it takes one hour to heat up to full, so two persons can shower. But of course the owner didn’t not worn us about this. The neighbors below played loud techno music all night until my husband went in the middle of the night to tell them… The sheets were too small for the mattress and uncomfortable/synthetic material. The pillows were too high and uncomfortable. In the kitchen was only one bad knife. I am puzzled why this apartment has such high ratings, maybe the second apartment is better, we stayed at apartment no 30 on the fifth floor, the one with white fridge on the photos. You need to pay cash on first day, so have some cash.
