Location and utilities
The pillows in the bedrooms need to be renewed as they are marked and stained also on the small size.
The boiler also is very noisy

The apartment was in a great location, right in the center.
The view from the smaller room was very scary, so we didn’t feel comfortable opening the window. As a result, the air in the room was quite bad, and there was no air conditioning either. The TV was also missing from the wall in the smaller room. The fridge didn’t work properly, the showerhead holder in the bathroom was missing, and the staircase felt a bit scary too. The apartment was not as clean as we expected.
