Really close to the beach, clean, quite and safe to stay in.

The building looks a bit neglected from the outside, but it is very nice inside.

Great place, right next to the beach, but not so noisy. Lots of little stores around. It was very clean, I really liked that. Tv, Aircon worked with no problem, everything was brand new or in great condition. Communication via Booking was very fast. Great place to stay with family, children.

So there is no elevator, only stairs, for me as a person with walking disability it’s not a problem at all as long as there are handrails…well, no handrails in this building, acctually in entire Durres(all restaurants, stores etc have stairs with no handrail). Only tiny, wooden on one side, that was barely attached. I wish that there would be information that you can ONLY PAY CASH, it is very important. Good we had euros for our stay, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to pay for hotel. since ATM charges big commision, we were not happy about that. You need to tag the hotel somehow, we had Albanian taxi driver, and he helped us find this place.

The location is good, 5 minutes from the beach. Modern apartment, very pleasant to stay and clean on arrival. Ideal for couples who want to relax and enjoy the leisure at the beach.

Beware to take toiletries like toilet paper etc. with you since there wasn’t much available. If you like to make your own breakfast be sure to take a cutting board and a sharp knife to make your life easier. Not in particular with the apartment but the water from the tap was dirty everywhere.
