It was near the venue of the concert we were going to

First very bad internet. Second there was so many restrictions, so many additional conditions and charges that made us feel we were walking on egg shells.

Beds were a bit hard. But unit was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee supplies were good

Had trouble getting keys. but sorted it with a phone call

Convenient location, clean, good size

The heating didn’t work so it was freezing. Having some usual condiments like milk, coffee etc would have been welcoming

Convenient to the Claudelands convention centre. Good to have basic facilities like a kitchen

Towels were awful, thin and smelled funny. No handtowels provided for the bathroom. Locked ensuite in main bedroom had a horrible smell coming from it which made the main bedroom unable to be occupied when this smell was coming through. Fridge settings made our food freeze. For the cost they can buy a few extra towels and really need to fix the smell before having anymore guests. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation unless there are no other options available.
