Motel 6 Concordia

Don't the location keep you from staying here. If you like quiet, this is the hotel for you. The king bed was so comfortable and the pillows were very soft but didn't leave you with a sore neck in the morning. I was in Kansas City for a Chiefs game and the hotels in and around K.C were so expensive. I come across this one and thought why not. I'm glad that I picked this one. I go to more games I'll be staying here again.

There wasn't an ice machine but the sign by the vending machines said that you can get ice from the office. It was after midnight when I got there from the Chiefs game and my knee was hurting so I walked the hall to the office but the lobby door was locked. I don't know if the outside entrance was locked but I didn't get any ice for my knee. The location does have a problem when it comes to finding something to eat. McDonald's isn't open 24/7 even though it's on I-70. It's a small town so there's not much there.

Comfortable Bed

Cosmetic issues

The rates were very reasonable and the staff was wonderful in helping me after a very long day of traveling. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The ice machine was empty

Didn't call the hotel for reservations, been traveling and doing this several times and the rates are stupid by calling, use the online bookings and they are way more consistent and you don't put up with someone you can't understand. Hotel was fair and gave everything you needed. Lit up well and seemed safe and secure. Good coffee!

Dog crap in the hallway, temp in the building was hot, it wasn't hot outside but it made it feel very germy. Not pleasant.
