Palazzo Zimara - The D'Angelo Family Collection

I enjoyed the location and the wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping was excellent. The beds were super comfortable!!!!!!! Wonderful nights of sleep. Pillows GREAT!!!!!!!!

Everything was great. The only issue I had was with the bathroom. The privacy issue when using the toilet. I would prefer a shaded glass vs a clear glass that separates the toilet/sink area from the rest of the bathroom. Otherwise, very nice bathroom/closet area.

Communication was amazing ! You cannot just drive in inner city walls and they gave directions to do so to drop luggage and set up our outside self pay parking. Always made sure we had take away breakfast if we missed window to eat. They set up last minute sculpting class for me and my daughter when it rained. We had a boat excursion over an hour away they arranged round transportation for the family they made it seamless due to language barriers. They had neighbor bar turn music down when time for bed. The location is perfect in the center of everything you need.

Beautiful property. Modern but respectful of the buildings history. Great and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they are proud to be there. Awesome location. Off site parking very walkable.

Nothing.

Lovely room with a quiet terrace to the rear. Hotel in centre of town with great access to the old town, and close to transport links to explore the area. Lovely friendly staff serving great breakfasts and evening meals.
