It’s a magical place, you go there to treat and pamper yourself, very clean, amazing polite helpful staff, greenery is every where, the rooms are big and very well decorated… the food is super quality and they plant most of the herbs they use in the kitchen, will sure come back
I think it would be nice to have discounts on the spa services specially during winter season because it is a place to go even in winter

We had a lovely stay at Viceroy this week - we stayed in a suite with Mountain View and loved the room and the view of the golf course from our balcony. The standout was the service we received from the staff - most notably Roberta and Philippe. We felt very well looked after and relaxed after a week here.
only two things - the location is remote, but we knew that when booking and we did have a hire car. Also the mattress was a little too firm for us which meant we didn’t sleep as well as we could have done.

Lovely place to relax and unwind very quite with fantastic staff. Great golf course if you play golf.

Excellent rooms
We had breakfast booked,but were removed from the restaurant.As they weren’t aware.So we had to go to reception to sort it out on both days. Absolute joke 3 holes of the golf course were closed. Lots of slopes and steps
