The location, easy to find and gain access. The private bathroom.
The construction outside although I know that’s out of your control. I’m assuming that’s why the balcony was locked.

Location is great . Fantastic restaurants around. Nice double balconies to get a bit of breeze on a hot day. Bed is OK, slept like a log mind. Responsive friendly owner. 20 mins walk to everything. Great little wine, coffee and trattoria shops stone throw away.
Small things. A few cups made of not plastic would have been nice. More coffee pods. Did not get the jacuzzi thing. Would have preferred a bit more space to hang clothes or maybe a small kitchenette. Good space with an enormous amount f potential
