The property is in a great location, very central and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, and there is a café and a restaurant on the ground floor, which is very convenient. There is also a Pilates studio in the building. Although it is not part of the hotel, it’s a great addition if you enjoy Pilates or similar activities, and booking classes is very easy.

The rooms are quite small. Even though I stayed in one with a balcony, I was there for a longer period and found that there was very little space to store clothes or luggage. There was no proper wardrobe or enough storage, so I had to keep most of my belongings packed in my suitcase throughout my stay. There are larger rooms available, but there is only one on each floor, so they can be difficult to book. These rooms don’t have a wardrobe either, but they do have an additional small room with a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, which could be useful for families. The extra room also provides more space for luggage and clothes. I changed rooms a couple of times during my stay. Initially, I was on the third floor, but it was very noisy because there is a bar near the reception area and the music can be quite loud until around midnight. If you are not particularly interested in the nightlife or prefer to go to bed earlier, I would definitely recommend asking for a room on the fifth floor or above. I also noticed that the standard of cleaning varied depending on the floor and the person responsible for it. Another inconvenience was that my room was often not cleaned until around 3:00 p.m. There appears to be only one person cleaning each floor, and understandably they prioritise rooms where guests have checked out so they can prepare them for new arrivals. However, for guests staying for a longer period, having the room cleaned so late in the afternoon can be quite inconvenient.

Location was good, staff is nice.

Pretty small room, rooms aren’t soundproof, toilet had the water running al the time and it smelled bad, pillow cases didn’t smell fresh. The terrace restaurant/bar was closed only the pool was open

Heiss was a very conveniently located hotel. Its staff are friendly and very helpful and patient. The view from our room looked out at the city which made the experience even better. Would definitely return

GREAT Location, Decently modern, amazing rooftop restaurant, decent gym

Paperthin walls, you'll hear your neighbors above, next door and below laugh. Not enough areas to sit/lay at the pool for the amount of people. No proper closet to hang clothes. Pretty good located, walking distance to cafes etc. be aware of crime generally in Medellin
