Ubytovanie blízko stanice metra a vlakov, supernarketu. Skvelá dostupnosť pamiatok.
Niektoré časti bytu by už potrebovali ruku opravára.

it was close to the train station and the public transport is really great in Berlin. I liked the wooden floors, smart tv. soap was provided, kitchen is well equiped and the beds were comfy. the host was responsive, however he couldn't do much about the homless person sleeping at the staircase when we arrived at midnight (his advise - call the police if you want. I think it's your responsibility man...), so I won't recommend this place to solo travelers (or girls only) unless you are from a country which is used to this problem, I am not!
the main doors to the staircase are always open so anyone has access to the staircase. there was a homeless person when we arrived and the next morning and then again on the morning when we were leaving, so it didn't feel safe. there is a coffee machine but the capsules provided didn't match. it's near a very loud street so you need to sleep with windows closed and the bed linen is syntetic so you're sweating (and it wasn't very hot outside). there was also an issue with a toilet flush.
