The key pickup was quite easy. The host was friendly and we could reach him any time instantly.
The apartment looks bigger than on the pictures, very clean, many amenities, consumables ready for us, and clear instructions for everything in the apartment.
Close to Earl's Court with connections to anywhere in the city, in a really nice location and building.
Definately recommend.
The only thing was that the pickup location is not shown on Google Maps, so I had to call the host to navigate me.
However this is not the host's fault, and he helped us immeadiately.

Second time staying at this flat and I can’t fault it. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions, the flat is very comfortable and clean and the hosts made sure we had a fan in all the rooms, which was very much appreciated in the heat wave. Lots of good restaurants and bars near by and easy to get around.

The hosts were helpful and responsive, we appreciated the short little video clips for how to operate the various appliances. The flat was wonderful for 5 people, towels and bedding were comfortable. It was well-appointed with teas and coffee as well as toiletries supplied. Location was great, just a 10 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station and on the District and Piccadilly lines.
We had a little issue trying to get the keys as the original link to pick them up didn't work. The hosts were very responsive and quick so it was sorted quickly. This is a lower unit so there are no views or access to outdoor space. The next door neighbors were a little noisy and the bedrooms and side living room window surround the neighbor's private courtyard so it's a little awkward when their children are playing out there, we had to keep the curtains closed.
