We had a wonderful stay and were happy with everything. The check-in instructions were super clear, the location is convenient to visit the mosque and have a pleasant walk along the ocean. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and has everything one might need. Thank you for making our stay in Casablanca really comfortable!

One single bed is squeaky, it would be great if you could check what could be done about it. A handle has come off a cupboard in the kitchen, can be fixed easily.

L’appartement est grand, fonctionnel et super bien équipé. Il faudrait cependant éduquer les personnes qui le louent. Écrire sur une TV neuve c’est NON! Même si on a des enfants en bas âge on se doit de les surveiller. La moindre des choses avant de ranger sa vaisselle c’est de bien la laver. Alors ok la femme de ménage aurait dû vérifier mais si la vaisselle est rangée j’imagine qu’elle ne va pas faire tasse par tasse pour vérifier. On a rencontré quelques petits couacs durant notre séjour comme la cafetière qui fuyait mais l’hôte, Sofia et son mari ont su vite réagir pour nous en apporter une autre. Le must pour une famille étant une serrure à la coréenne avec code et ainsi chacun fait sa vie sans se soucier de comment récupérer la clé. La terrasse est également un plus, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de table et chaises mais la vue reste magnifique. Enfin concernant l’emplacement ce que nous recherchions c’était d’être proche de la corniche et de la mosquée donc nous avons été servi. Par contre pour le reste une voiture est obligatoire…ou les transports publics.

L’ascenseur est très long et un seul pour un immeuble de cette taille me paraît peu. Un des 2 lits d’une personne grince à se réveiller en pleine nuit. Attention si vous louez une grosse voiture, en dehors du fait qu’il y a beaucoup de circulation et que les casaouis sont des dangers, le garage avec ses nombreux poteaux est étroit. Il faut savoir bien manœuvrer sinon vous raccrocher et payer la franchise. Pour 5 personnes, l’une d’elle sera obligée de dormir dans le salon qui n’est pas fermée. De ce fait des chaînes de bar seraient appréciées dans la cuisine pour prendre son petit déjeuner et ne pas déranger la personne couchant dans le salon. D’ailleurs l’appartement est insonorisé envers les voisins que je n’ai pas du tout entendu mais pas en interne, on s’entend parler dans les chambres et si quelqu’un va aux toilettes en pleine nuit, de même.

The location was great. We were able to go up on the roof and watch the sunset. The neighboorhood was safe, and there were places nearby to get food and drinks for us. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the apartment.

We arrived late, as wll the flights to Casablanca arrive later in the evening. By the time we got to the apartment, it was almost 2 AM. we were excited to be able to get in the main door, but, unfortunately, could not get in the apartment door. We tried to contact the host, but, as it was the middle of the night, heard nothing back. We had no choice but to find the nearest hotel nearby and get rooms for the night for us. It was not until later the next morning that I had an answer from our host, who informed us that she gave us the right code but the wrong door number. We were able to get into the apartment, but after going out later we were again locked out as the door code was not working.
