+ Nhiều cây thông cao và to, trước cửa phòng còn có cây khế và bàn trà, đi bộ xung quanh khuôn viên cũng rất dễ chịu.
+ Chị chủ nhà và bác gái đón tiếp rất nhiệt tình, nhẹ nhàng, lịch sự, dễ mến...
- Phòng cần được làm sạch sẽ hơn nhất là thùng rác cũ trong NVS phải được bỏ đi,
- NVS hơi nhỏ và bí, căn nhà cũng cần được bảo trì vì hơi cũ.

Lovely forest around the villa, and pretty flowers in the garden. Pool was nice, clean, and refreshing. It was probably fabulous a few years ago and needs a little more maintenance to bring back its charm. Host was helpful but communication was an issue. We paid a hundred dollars for three nights and that’s good value. There is an amazing art gallery nearby which is worth half a day, including great food at the restaurant. Public transit nearby can get you into the heart of Hanoi in about 90 minutes.
Maintenance issues and some things need an upgrade (air conditioning, steps). Location is great if you are ok with relaxing in the garden but not so good if you want things to do.
