Good location and a nice apartment. Close to Dotonbori eating street and also shopping area-walking distance

Well priced for the location and facilities. Small kitchen/dining/couch area were good for an apartment hotel of this type- best if you are expecting to eat out and travel a lot, rather than do a lot of cooking or staying in, but good for takeaways etc from the convenience stores.
We were unable to get the air conditioning working on the first night, but received assistance from the lovely staff the following day to turn off the overnight sleep timer which had been activated.
It is a bit of a walk from the station if you have a lot of luggage, not impossible, but worth bearing in mind.

Clean, modern, central location.
Could have done with a clothes airer for wet towels.

The management team was extremely responsive and friendly – they replied to all our messages very quickly and were always helpful.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location is fantastic – just a short walk to the subway station and close to shopping and dining areas.
We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
