It was very accessible
No staff for problems.
Got there and there was no toilet roll we had to buy our own.

Great communication, very clean, tea coffee sugars left, towels provided, enough coat hangers, even an iron and ironing board provided in the room, brilliant location, and parked easily nearby, excellent value for money all round
We slept absolutely fine but everytime you moved in bed you could hear the springs in the mattress. We still slept good and we couldn't feel the springs.

Breakfast we never add but location great my mom always says.
No mobile number has we went for a smoke but the door locks it self and the key was in the room and we called the number on the email but no answer and no one to help.
