Location, layout, washer and dryer
There may be a leak in front shower as some water dripped down into living room area, might need to add some caulk in shower

Very central and convenient
Rad in rear bedroom was locked, shower temps were hit and miss, load outside from the front bedroom

The location was its redeeming factor.
It was cold when we arrived and we had to contact the owner to rectify that problem. There was a smell of damp .
