The property was absolutely stunning. Very updated, clean and large enough for two couples. Or a family. The location was absolutely perfect..

Nothing

Beautiful and spacious apartment which looked like nobody had ever stayed in it. Excellent location. Couldn’t have enjoyed a stay more

There was nothing we didnt like about the property

Central location- close to everything. Extremely clean, comfy bed, quiet - minimal street noise (with windows shut) and no noise (from other apartments).

No toilet paper provided. Instructions how to enter the property did not make sense eg select apartment (when in app) this was not a possibile option, and Portal code number provided. Prior to arrival when clarified we were informed this was the front door key code. When we tried to get into the property the code and app would not work- with door knob just spinning and not opening. Rang help number and answered almost straight away ( thank goodness as about was 01:20hrs and very tired after long journey ) Told by help that they think we should have been in another apartment 1C but instructions stated 2C. Helped us to get into apartment remotely. Rang the next day by helpline stating they were going to send instructions how to enter the property did- advised that we were in and not to, but told that they would just in case we had further problems! We didn’t have problems we knew what we were doing the code didn’t work. Just came across very condescending, just a simple sorry and hope that you are now ok would have sufficed but patronisingly telling us how to enter. Asked for some toilet paper as would expect at least one roll. That finally arrived around 5pm.

Nice spacious apartment

A bottle of water would have been appreciated rather than some sherry!! Priorities!! Customer service tried to make out they were doing me a favour when I had overbooked accommodation by charging me the same for 6 for 4 nights. I could have released 2 nights had they provided a discount. Instead I held onto it.
