Very well maintained

The location was not very safe but convenient location

It was a fantastic hotel in a super great location. Near the main station and a short walk to the good restaurants and bars. Good facilities, fast wifi, delicious breakfast. The staff were phenomenal and made us great coffee. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Vittorio, such a good bloke. If I had to I would shield him from machine gun fire with my petite body.

Nothing.

0ur hosts Aldo and Vittorio were absolutley excellent. From the moment we arrived they could not do enough for us. From train info to visiting sites they were always very helpful and informative. The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk from main Naples train station. Breakfast was continental hams cheeses etc, fabulous coffee. We were leaving early on monday morning before breakfast start time of 8am so they arranged an early breakfast in our room so we did'nt miss out. From start to finish we had a wonderful experince with this hotel . The whole hotel and rooms were spotless thanks to the in house staff doing such a good job. Our only slightly negative comment was our room was small and the window was also very small so quite dark and could be a bit claustrophobic for some people so make sure you check out your room allocation before arrival. Thank you once again Vittorio and Aldo for making our trip to Naples so memorable. Catherine & Steve Moorhouse
